The problem

A resume is an output, not the source.

Typical AI resume workflows start by rewriting the last CV again. Over time, valuable project detail disappears, versions conflict, certificates drift, and unsupported claims can slip into the document.

Lost project detail Inconsistent versions Certificate drift Unsupported claims
The core idea

Evidence first.
Resume second.

The toolkit maintains a comprehensive, evidence-aware career record. When a role appears, it analyzes the target, selects the most relevant supported experience, projects, skills, and credentials, then generates the appropriate resume output.

Six focused skills

What the toolkit includes

One connected workflow for maintaining career evidence and producing resumes.

01

Career Onboarding

Configures private storage, approved evidence sources, permissions, and resume templates.

02

Master Resume Maintainer

Initializes or updates the comprehensive career source of truth from approved evidence.

03

Certificate Registry Sync

Audits professional certificate evidence and maintains a deduplicated credential registry.

04

Targeted Resume Generator

Analyzes a job title or vacancy and selects relevant evidence without inventing claims.

05

ATS Professional Resume

Produces a conventional, single-column resume designed for ATS-safe applications.

06

Executive Technical Resume

Produces a selective, human-facing resume for senior technical and leadership positioning.

A durable workflow

How it works

Your evidence is maintained once, then selected deliberately for each application.

  1. 01Onboard
  2. 02Collect evidence
  3. 03Maintain source
  4. 04Analyze role
  5. 05Select evidence
  6. 06Generate resume
  7. 07Validate output
Two resume outputs

Choose the right presentation

Both formats draw from the same career evidence while serving different readers.

ATS / APPLICATION

ATS Professional Resume

A conventional application document optimized for clear parsing and focused relevance.

  • Conventional single-column structure
  • ATS-safe presentation
  • Application-focused evidence selection
SENIOR / HUMAN-FACING

Executive Technical Resume

A selective editorial document for senior technical and leadership conversations.

  • Selective, human-facing structure
  • Senior and leadership orientation
  • Emphasis on the strongest relevant evidence
Use natural requests

Start with the work you need done.

The toolkit routes each request to the relevant workflow while keeping the master career record authoritative.

“Create an ATS resume for a Senior Backend Engineer role.”
“Analyze this vacancy and create both resume versions using only verified evidence: [job description]”
“Update my master resume with my recent completed work.”
“Synchronize my professional certificates and show me discrepancies.”
Privacy by design

Your career data stays out of the public repository.

The repository contains workflows and blank templates. Your private workspace lives somewhere you choose and authorize.

  • Resumes, certificates, contact details, profile photos, application records, and generated files stay outside the plugin repository.
  • The toolkit does not need passwords, API keys, access tokens, or similar secrets.
  • External profiles and connected storage are accessed only with user permission.

Open source by design.

Inspect the workflows, fork the repository, adapt the toolkit, or contribute an improvement. User-provided career data and generated resumes remain the user’s content.
